Ed Beczynski "Eddy B" started in downtown at 245 N. Summit, opening Eddy B's Restaurant in September of 1996. Since then he opened B's Market at the same address and E.B's Express in the Edison Plaza. In November of 2000 his newest venture opened- Focaccia's Delicatessen in the HCR-Manorcare Building at 333 N. Summit. Focaccia's, specializing in Jewish and Italian Fare was thought of because Ed and his wife Michelle loved the deli's in New York so much he decided to bring a "big whopping heaping taste of New York without the cab ride" to Toledo.
