| Florists Toledo. Bartz Viviano Flowers & Gifts Inc. In 1964, Bartz Viviano was formed when its founder, Salvatore F. Viviano purchased a local retail florist business formerly known as Fred S. Bartz Florist. From a small single location on Central Avenue in 1964 Bartz Viviano grew to as many as six locations throughtout the Toledo area by 1985. Since that time we have consolidated into three strategic locations, one in Oregon, one in downtown Toledo, and our main store on Secor Road in West Toledo. In September, 1996, Salvatore F. Viviano sold the business to his son, Frank P. Viviano. Bartz Viviano is known as a quality provider of flowers and plants.
