| The goal of the ADAS Board is to implement a system of readily accessible prevention and treatment services that are responsive to a range and variety of needs and are available to and utilized by all county residents. Successful implementation of this system of services requires the ADAS Board to engage in community education and public policy advocacy in support of prevention and treatment services and recovery opportunities. |
